Anti-Sex Trafficking, Child Exploitation, and Nonconsensual Content Statement

New Sensations, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation, forced labor, coercion, physical abuse, unlawful exploitation, nonconsensual Content, and unlawful Content.

For purposes of this statement, "Content" means videos, images, text, graphics, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, banners, marketing materials, and other materials published, displayed, distributed, promoted, or used by New Sensations.

New Sensations does not knowingly publish, promote, monetize, license, acquire, or distribute Content involving minors, forced participation, human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, physical abuse, unlawful exploitation, nonconsensual sexual activity, or any person who was unable to consent.

1. Adult Content Compliance Controls

New Sensations operates controlled adult entertainment websites. Users do not upload Content for publication on New Sensations websites.

Before adult Content is published, New Sensations uses controls designed to confirm that performers appearing in adult Content were at least 18 years old at the time of production and that required age, identity, consent, release, rights, and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A records exist where applicable.

New Sensations reviews Content before publication. New Sensations also reviews titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, search terms, banners, and promotional materials to reduce the risk that Content or related materials depict, suggest, promote, or imply unlawful, nonconsensual, exploitative, coercive, or prohibited activity.

2. Prohibited Conduct

New Sensations prohibits any use of its websites, affiliate program, promotional materials, payment systems, or business relationships to promote, facilitate, conceal, or benefit from:

1.   human trafficking or sex trafficking;

2.   child sexual abuse material or child exploitation;

3.   commercial sexual exploitation;

4.   forced labor or forced sexual activity;

5.   coercion, threats, blackmail, extortion, or physical abuse;

6.   nonconsensual Content;

7.   Content involving any person under 18;

8.   unlawful incest, bestiality, or other unlawful sexual Content;

9.   Content involving unconsciousness, incapacitation, drugging, intoxication, sleep, or inability to consent; or

10.   any other unlawful, exploitative, or prohibited activity.

3. Reporting Concerns

Any person may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, coercion, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual Content, unlawful Content, or other safety concerns by contacting:

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material, minors, human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, nonconsensual Content, or other unlawful activity are prioritized for review.

Reports should include the URL or other identifying information for the Content or activity, a description of the concern, the reporter’s contact information, and any supporting information available.

New Sensations reviews reports in good faith and takes appropriate action. Appropriate action may include removing or disabling access to Content, preserving relevant information, terminating business relationships, suspending affiliate activity, notifying payment processors, reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, reporting to law enforcement, or taking other action required or appropriate under applicable law and compliance requirements.

If reporting or preservation is required by applicable law or compliance obligations, New Sensations will make the required report and preserve required information. New Sensations may also preserve information or make reports where permitted by law and appropriate under the circumstances.

4. No Retaliation

New Sensations prohibits retaliation against any person who reports a concern in good faith regarding trafficking, exploitation, coercion, physical abuse, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual Content, unlawful Content, or other compliance concerns.

5. Law Enforcement and NCMEC Cooperation

New Sensations cooperates with law enforcement, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, regulators, payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, and other authorized compliance partners where required or appropriate.

If New Sensations determines that a matter is reportable under applicable law, New Sensations will make the required report to the appropriate authority.
